The remote nature of dive accidents, whether in locations where EMS is delayed, a few hours from shore, or days from civilization, frequently requires more advanced levels of care than are offered by traditional or entry-level CPR programs.  This program will teach divers, dive leaders, and professionals the additional skills necessary in the event of an emergency at a remote location.  This course teaches advanced life-saving skills (e.g., two-person CPR, Cricoid Pressure and Suctioning).  It is excellent for divers and dive leaders who want to know more complex basic life support skills.  This program also meets the BLS requirements for EMS and healthcare providers.

PREREQUISITES: CPR training recommended.
